This is a small Bulgarian house situated in the Teteven mountain, along the banks of a small brook, surrounded by forests and meadows. The ground floor was built of stone and consists of one large room used as a cellar. External stairs lead to the second floor where you can find an entrance porch and three rooms. In one of the rooms there is an authentic fireplace. Near the house there is an outbuilding and a shed. The property is supplied with electricity,water is from a spring about 50m from the house. The property is accessible via a dirt road 1500m and a wooden bridge above the river. In the winter the access is possible just with a jeep.
