On the first two floors, there is mounted and glazed wooden joinery, and the third floor is without joinery. The roof is double-pitched with tiles. The house is attached to another existing house and they are in a shared plot with an area of 2000 sq.m. as to each of the houses there is a ½ ideal part of the place and the yard can be divided into two plots. There are electricity and water supply close to the property but not in the house. The access is year-round by an asphalt road. After completion of the finishing works, the house can be used for permanent residence.
